In the aim of increased transparency, we invite our creditors and investors to submit any specific questions relating to Heta in writing through this dialogue platform. Questions will be answered in structured form and collections of responses will regularly be published on the Heta website within the limits of what is legally possible and taking into account the equal treatment of investors.
Responsibility for deciding which questions will be answered, as well as the form and content of the answers, rests with Heta. No claim exists or shall be established with respect to the provision of information to creditors or investors beyond the statutory (or possibly contractual) obligations. The Executive Board reserves the right to amend or suspend the aforementioned way of providing information.
